Twin Baby Set Meet Paternal Grandfather

The twin baby set saw their paternal grandfather for the first time this month. The twin girl, who usually does great with strangers, had no problems; the twin boy, who normally cries around his fraternal grandparents, did great as well.

My father played so well with the fraternal twins. I was surprised to see him roll around on the floor with both the twin girl and the twin boy. It was so cute.

Twin Baby Throws Herself Back While Sitting Up

Here are the fraternal twins at 8 months. The twin girl still looks like a twin boy to me, and my friends say she doesn’t, but I know they are just being kind. I try to dress the twin girl in pink twin girl clothes so that strangers don’t always assume she is a twin boy. I hope she gets that twin girl look soon.

The fraternal twins are sitting up well now. The twin baby set very rarely falls backward, although the twin girl sometimes plays a game where she throws herself back, but we have these great playmats which really help protect their heads when they accidentally fall while learning to sit. I think the playmats will be great when they start learning to walk as well, because I'm sure there will be lots of falls then.

The twin boy wasn’t able to sit up as soon as the twin girl, but they’re both coming along fine now.

Fraternal Twins Still not Crawling

The fraternal twins are now rocking on their hands and knees. The twin girl has been doing it for about a week, and the twin boy just started. I believe the twin sister wanted to get at a particular toy more than the twin boy. I don’t know how long until they’ll start crawling, but I imagine the twin girl will do it before the twin boy.

The fraternal twins when they are not rocking push themselves up with their arms, which causes the twin baby set to move backward. You can imagine the frustration this causes, moving backward when the toy is very clearly in front of one of the fraternal twins.
