Twin Girl Buckteeth from Pacifier

I personally do not believe that children get buckteeth from a pacifier, but I know there are people who will disagree. My husband (before braces) and his mother (and her siblings) all have buckteeth, so I'm more sensitive that our twin baby girl will have them as well, although I have no doubt she will have braces, either way.

At any rate, we're getting ready to take the pacifiers from the twin baby set. We've already started restricting the pacifiers to bedtime and naps, so we're hoping that the transition will be a little easier. Any suggestions??
