The twin baby girl and twin baby boy are now able to hold their own bottles
. I think they could have sooner, but the dad and I just didn’t think to let them try. It wasn’t until the fraternal twin s’ fraternal grandfather asked, “When will these twins hold their own bottles?” that we actually thought to let them try, and they did it well the first time.

The twin boy actually held his better at first, and the twin girl just liked to shake the bottle to watch the milk fly. The twin twin boy likes to watch his twin sister do that.
Now, we’re able to put them on the couch with their bottles while they drink. We can’t leave the room, since they could fall off the couch, but it’s a step toward progress, right?
